Williams Appraisal, Inc. was established in 1985 with the mission of providing residential real estate appraisals to the lending community and other individuals. Much has changed in the past 34 years. Advances in technology and the changing real estate market have demanded more of the appraiser. New and changing state and federal regulations have made the appraisal industry much more complex. Having a knowledgeable appraiser for "your" market is the best defense against receiving a questionable opinion of value estimate.
Patrick D. Williams has been licensed as a residential appraiser since 1993 and obtained his Certified Residential Appraiser's license in 2008.
